Rob Wilson is a manual therapist, coach, and educator with over 20 years of experience in the fields of human health and performance. Rob spent the last seven years as part of the SH//FT Team, where he helped pioneer breath work applications in human performance. He has worked with U.S. and allied military units, the UFC Performance Institute, and ALTIS, and has performed research with private sector parties and universities. Most of all Rob is a father, husband, son, and friend who likes to hang out with his girls and his dogs more than anything in the world.
